    a. Based on this condition, participants must verify whether the opponent's name and TAG matches the registered information. If there is a discrepancy, participants may request a default win. The final decision will be at the discretion of the organizers and tournament officials.

- All teams must be ready at the designated time set by the organizers for each match.

- If the Referees detect or receive a report of account sharing, piloting or identity fraud by a participant, they have the right to penalize both the individual allowing the account to be used and the person using it. Penalties may include banning the individuals and accounts from every tournament that is held by EVNIA, immediate force to disqualification, and a forfeit loss.

- The official default match time is set at 19:00 GMT+7. If both teams cannot agree on a different time, the match must be played at the default time.

- If your team arrives later than the scheduled time or more than 15 minutes past the agreed match time, the opposing team may request a default win. To do so, they must provide a screenshot of the in-game lobby showing their full team and a clearly visible timestamp.

- If neither team checks in by 19:00, both teams will be immediately disqualified from the competition.

- A team that arrives more than 15 minutes late from the agreed-upon time will be subject to penalties. (Penalties may be adjusted based on reasoning and the discretion of the judges.)

- For matches that are being broadcast live (if applicable), the organizers will not allow any rescheduling under any circumstances.

- Participants must use appropriate names. If a player's or team's name is found to be inappropriate, the organizers have the right to immediately disqualify the team from the competition.

- A team can have a maximum of 7 members, including substitute players. All team members must be listed in the official registration before the tournament begins.

- Teams may substitute players during the break between maps and must immediately inform the tournament officials. The substitute player must be listed on the team's official roster.

- Coaches are not allowed to join in any lobby of the match.

- The winning team must submit the match results to the organizers within the specified time on the same day. If the submission is late, the organizers have the right to impose penalties or may declare a forfeit loss.

- If a player encounters technical issues or an emergency at the start of the game, and no Score, Kill, or Win has occurred, the game may be restarted once.

- Each team will have 10 minutes for a technical pause per map. If the pause exceeds 10 minutes, the opposing team will have the right to unpause the game and continue the match.

- Teams are allowed to call timeouts of 60 seconds in duration (“Timeouts”)

two times per map during the first 24 rounds of the map (“Regulation”), at any time

not limited by half. The sixty second clock will begin when both Teams’ Match

overtime, each team will be granted one Timeout to use for overtime. Unused

Timeouts from Regulation will not carry over to overtime.

- The match results may be subject to change based on the discretion of the judges. Tournament admins reserve the right to modify the decision during or after the competition to verify that the correct procedures have been followed in order to ensure fair judgment.
