- All teams participating in the tournament must complete the required information accurately and in full. If any falsification of information or documents is discovered during the application process, the admins of the tournament will immediately disqualify the participant and their affiliated team.
- All tournament participants are required to join the tournament's Discord server for communication, announcements, tournament bracket notifications, and all updates that relate to the participants and tournament.
- The tournament admins reserve the right to change the tournament format, rules, matches result and related information as deemed appropriate without further notice.
- Players and participants must strictly follow the rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, announcements, and any agreements set forth by the tournament admins.
- Each participant can be a member of one team only. After the tournament begins, players are not allowed to switch teams or transfer between teams for the duration of the competition.
- Once a team confirms its participation in the tournament, it is considered to have agreed to compete in all matches and must not withdraw or forfeit without a valid reason.
- Any players or participants that fail to comply with the tournament rules and regulations, the admins have the right to determine the penalties or take disciplinary action against the violators. The decision regarding penalties will be made by the admins depending on the severity of violation.
- The decision of the organizers is final in all cases. Participants cannot dispute or argue against it.
- All teams are not allowed to add, remove, or change the roster of the teams once the bracket is annouced.
- Tournament admins may disclose certain player information solely for communication purposes to facilitate match scheduling between competing teams.
- Rules and regulations may be adjusted as needed during the competition without prior notice. However, any changes will be promptly announced on the official platform of the tournament.
- All match scheduling must be conducted exclusively on the designated Discord platform provided by the organizers. Any arrangements made outside of this platform will be considered invalid.
- Each participant must use their "user account" that they are registered on this website only for the competition.
a. Based on this condition, participants must verify whether the opponent's name and TAG matches the registered information. If there is a discrepancy, participants may request a default win. The final decision will be at the discretion of the organizers and tournament officials.
- All teams must be ready at the designated time set by the organizers for each match.
- If the Referees detect or receive a report of account sharing, piloting or identity fraud by a participant, they have the right to penalize both the individual allowing the account to be used and the person using it. Penalties may include banning the individuals and accounts from every tournament that is held by EVNIA, immediate force to disqualification, and a forfeit loss.
- The official default match time is set at 19:00 GMT+7. If both teams cannot agree on a different time, the match must be played at the default time.
- If your team arrives later than the scheduled time or more than 15 minutes past the agreed match time, the opposing team may request a default win. To do so, they must provide a screenshot of the in-game lobby showing their full team and a clearly visible timestamp.
- If neither team checks in by 19:00, both teams will be immediately disqualified from the competition.
- A team that arrives more than 15 minutes late from the agreed-upon time will be subject to penalties. (Penalties may be adjusted based on reasoning and the discretion of the judges.)
- For matches that are being broadcast live (if applicable), the organizers will not allow any rescheduling under any circumstances.
- Participants must use appropriate names. If a player's or team's name is found to be inappropriate, the organizers have the right to immediately disqualify the team from the competition.
- If a team fails to have all 5 registered players present within 15 minutes after the agreed match time, the opposing team may request a default win from the organizers. The incomplete team will be immediately disqualified if the opposing team exercises this right. (A 4v5 match is not allowed.)
- The use of an emergency stand-in who is not in the lineup is not allowed in any circumstance.
- A team can have a maximum of 7 members, including substitute players. All team members must be listed in the official registration before the tournament begins.
- Teams may substitute players during the break between maps and must immediately inform the tournament officials. The substitute player must be listed on the team's official roster.
- Coaches are not allowed to join in any lobby of the match.
- The winning team must submit the match results to the organizers within the specified time on the same day. If the submission is late, the organizers have the right to impose penalties or may declare a forfeit loss.
- If a player encounters technical issues or an emergency at the start of the game, and no Score, Kill, or Win has occurred, the game may be restarted once.
- Each team will have 10 minutes for a technical pause per map. If the pause exceeds 10 minutes, the opposing team will have the right to unpause the game and continue the match.
- Teams are allowed to call timeouts of 60 seconds in duration (“Timeouts”)
two times per map during the first 24 rounds of the map (“Regulation”), at any time
not limited by half. The sixty second clock will begin when both Teams’ Match
Coaches are connected and able to communicate with their players. In the event of
overtime, each team will be granted one Timeout to use for overtime. Unused
Timeouts from Regulation will not carry over to overtime.
- The match results may be subject to change based on the discretion of the judges. Tournament admins reserve the right to modify the decision during or after the competition to verify that the correct procedures have been followed in order to ensure fair judgment. Admins also have the authority to change or cancel the judge's decision, and the organizers have the final say on all decisions.

All teams will compete in a Best of 1 (BO1) format until the Round of 32.
In the Best of 1 round, all maps will be determined by the admins.

The map ban/pick process will be used in all Best of 3 (BO3) matches.

Map banning process:
Both teams must ban maps until only three maps remain. Then, each team will pick one map, and the last remaining map will be the decider map.
The team that picks the map will not have the right to choose the side, except for the decider map, where the system will randomly assign side selection.
The team listed at the top of the Challonge bracket will always be considered Team A, while the team listed at the bottom will be considered Team B for coin tosses and other relevant situations.
For rounds that include Pick & Ban, the organizers will use https://www.mapban.gg to determine the maps for all matches.
