Pursuing the Ultimate Racing Simulator - Project Motor Racing Racer Tetsuya Yamano joins the Factory Driver Program!
SEGA is excited to announce that Tetsuya Yamano, a famous race car driver from Japan, will participate in Project Motor Racing's Factory Driver Program, an initiative to improve the game ahead of its launch on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Epic Games Store, and Windows. Two new trailers have also been released, giving fans a closer look at the Factory Driver Program.
Straight4Studios has rolled out the Factory Driver Program as part of their efforts to push the boundaries of the virtual world and deliver greater realism in Project Motor Racing. This system brings together active drivers and veteran sim racers to provide regular feedback on the game. Participants answer 40 questions covering 5 categories—Car Setup, Authenticity, Finding Speed, Endurance Racing, and Dynamic Track. Their responses are analyzed by an algorithm, and used by the developers to fine-tune each vehicle's performance. In addition, participants can join an online forum to communicate directly with the developers and other players.
Straight4 Studios is searching for both pros and amateurs, whether they're racing virtually or on a bona fide racetrack, to join the Factory Driver Program. For more information, visit the Project Motor Racing official website.
*The Factory Driver Program is conducted in English. Not all applicants will be guaranteed a spot in the program.
